Ton numéro de téléphone, ton prénom si tu le donnes, ta langue, la date de ton consentement, et une empreinte technique non réversible de ta connexion, qui sert uniquement à bloquer les envois automatisés.
Pour te prévenir de l'ouverture du Talent Club et de l'ouverture des adhésions, y compris par des messages publicitaires, par téléphone, SMS, WhatsApp ou Telegram. Rien d'autre. Tes données ne sont ni vendues ni cédées.
Tu n'es pas obligé de laisser ton numéro. Sans lui, nous ne pouvons simplement pas te prévenir.
Ton numéro. Pour devenir membre et recevoir ton premier verre, tu partages ton numéro depuis Telegram, avec le bouton prévu. Il sert à t'identifier, à éviter qu'un même cadeau soit pris deux fois, et à te joindre au sujet de tes commandes et rendez-vous.
Un cookie de reconnaissance. Quand tu prends ton cadeau ou que tu scannes un sticker, nous déposons sur ton téléphone un cookie nommé « tcm ». C'est un code tiré au hasard, sans ton nom ni ton numéro, gardé un an. Il permet d'ouvrir directement le bot au prochain scan et de repérer un cadeau demandé deux fois depuis le même téléphone. Tu peux l'effacer à tout moment dans les réglages de ton navigateur.
Tes avis. Quand tu donnes une note sur la page, nous gardons la note, le sticker et ton message. Ton numéro n'est gardé que si tu coches la case pour être rappelé.
Les scans. Nous comptons les scans de chaque sticker, avec une empreinte technique non réversible de ta connexion, sans rien qui t'identifie.
Ce que Telegram nous transmet. Quand tu ouvres l'application, Telegram nous confirme ton identifiant Telegram, ton prénom et ta langue. Nous ne voyons ni tes conversations ni tes contacts.
Ce que nous gardons. Ta carte de membre, ton solde et ses mouvements, tes commandes au bar, tes cadeaux, tes rendez-vous, les invitations que tu offres ou reçois, et tes avis. Cela sert à te servir, à tenir les comptes du club et à te prévenir quand ta commande est prête.
Nos messages. Le bot t'écrit au sujet de tes commandes, de tes rendez-vous et de la vie du club. Tu peux arrêter à tout moment en bloquant le bot ou en nous écrivant.
Quand tu remplis la page d'Aurélie, nous gardons ton prénom, ton numéro, ta date d'anniversaire si tu la donnes, tes préférences et ton message. Ils sont lus par Aurélie (AK Coiffure) et par le Talent Club, pour préparer ta venue et te prévenir de l'ouverture. Ton message privé n'est lu que par Aurélie.
Elles sont hébergées chez nos prestataires techniques (base de données Supabase, hébergement Vercel, messagerie Telegram), qui les traitent pour notre compte. Nous les gardons tant que tu es membre, puis le temps exigé par la loi pour la comptabilité.
Tu peux à tout moment demander à consulter, corriger ou supprimer tes données, ou cesser de recevoir nos messages, en écrivant à : officenter26@gmail.com.

אין חובה למסור את המספר. בלעדיו פשוט לא נוכל לעדכן אותך.
מספר הטלפון. כדי להצטרף כחבר ולקבל את המשקה הראשון, משתפים את המספר מתוך טלגרם, בכפתור המיועד. הוא משמש לזיהוי, למניעת קבלת אותה מתנה פעמיים, וליצירת קשר בנוגע להזמנות ולתורים.
עוגייה לזיהוי. כשמקבלים את המתנה או סורקים מדבקה, אנחנו שומרים בטלפון עוגייה בשם „tcm". זהו קוד אקראי, ללא שם וללא מספר, שנשמר שנה. הוא מאפשר לפתוח את הבוט ישירות בסריקה הבאה ולזהות מתנה שהתבקשה פעמיים מאותו טלפון. אפשר למחוק אותה בכל עת בהגדרות הדפדפן.
חוות הדעת שלך. כשנותנים ציון בדף, אנחנו שומרים את הציון, המדבקה וההודעה. המספר נשמר רק אם סימנת שנחזור אליך.
הסריקות. אנחנו סופרים את הסריקות של כל מדבקה, עם טביעה טכנית בלתי הפיכה של החיבור, ללא שום פרט מזהה.
מה טלגרם מעביר אלינו. כשפותחים את האפליקציה, טלגרם מאשר לנו את מזהה הטלגרם, השם הפרטי והשפה. איננו רואים את השיחות או את אנשי הקשר שלך.
מה נשמר. כרטיס המועדון, היתרה ותנועותיה, ההזמנות מהבר, המתנות, התורים, ההזמנות לחברים שנתת או קיבלת, וחוות הדעת. כל זה משמש לשירות שלך, לניהול החשבונות של המועדון ולעדכון כשההזמנה מוכנה.
ההודעות שלנו. הבוט כותב לך על ההזמנות, התורים וחיי המועדון. אפשר להפסיק בכל עת: לחסום את הבוט או לכתוב לנו.
כשממלאים את הדף של אורלי, אנחנו שומרים את השם הפרטי, המספר, תאריך יום ההולדת אם נמסר, ההעדפות וההודעה. הם נקראים על ידי אורלי (AK Coiffure) ועל ידי Talent Club, כדי להכין את הביקור ולעדכן על הפתיחה. ההודעה הפרטית נקראת רק על ידי אורלי.
המידע מאוחסן אצל ספקי השירות הטכניים שלנו (מסד הנתונים Supabase, האחסון Vercel, טלגרם), המעבדים אותו עבורנו. אנחנו שומרים אותו כל עוד את/ה חבר/ה, ולאחר מכן לפרק הזמן שהחוק מחייב לצורכי הנהלת חשבונות.

You don't have to leave your number. Without it, we simply can't let you know.
Your number. To become a member and get your first drink, you share your number from Telegram with the dedicated button. It identifies you, prevents the same gift from being taken twice, and lets us reach you about your orders and appointments.
A recognition cookie. When you take your gift or scan a sticker, we place a cookie named "tcm" on your phone. It is a random code, with neither your name nor your number, kept for one year. It opens the bot directly on your next scan and spots a gift requested twice from the same phone. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Your reviews. When you rate us on the page, we keep the rating, the sticker and your message. Your number is kept only if you tick the box to be called back.
Scans. We count the scans of each sticker, with a non-reversible technical fingerprint of your connection and nothing that identifies you.
What Telegram passes to us. When you open the app, Telegram confirms your Telegram ID, first name and language. We never see your chats or your contacts.
What we keep. Your member card, your balance and its movements, your bar orders, your gifts, your appointments, the invitations you give or receive, and your reviews. This is used to serve you, keep the club's accounts and tell you when your order is ready.
Our messages. The bot writes to you about your orders, appointments and club life. You can stop at any time by blocking the bot or writing to us.
When you fill in Aurélie's page, we keep your first name, number, birthday if you give it, preferences and message. They are read by Aurélie (AK Coiffure) and by Talent Club, to prepare your visit and tell you when we open. Your private message is read by Aurélie only.
It is hosted by our technical providers (Supabase database, Vercel hosting, Telegram messaging), who process it on our behalf. We keep it while you are a member, then for as long as the law requires for accounting.
